Mi-Kis, pronounced Me-Key, are a rare companion breed. They are very affectionate,good-natured, loyal, and smart. Mi-Ki's usually weigh 4 to 8 pounds as adults. They have a personality that exudes happiness. Spend a few minutes in their presence and you can't help but feel better. The joy they show every minute is infectious, which is why many of our crew have become certified therapy Mi-Kis. They love to be held, and unlike many other Toy Breeds, they are calm, and patient. They can be litter box trained, so they don't require an outside yard. They are a hypoallergenic, "non-shedding " breed, because they have hair instead of fur. This makes them ideal pets for people with allergies. Grooming is easy, with only a quick combing and twice monthly bath to keep them healthy and looking their best.
Captain Jack and his Crew make their home in the Wasatch Mountains, part of the Great Rocky Mountain Range in Utah, USA.. They are part of a loving home and raised as members of the family. Wes and Dawn believe their Mi-Ki's are well socialized and exceptionally loving because they interact with their children and other pets at all times. They love to travel by car, plane, and are members of the local yacht club, having their own sailboat, the "Salty Dog". In short, these are TRUE COMPANIONS, they go where ever you go. Being very calm, quiet and well behaved pets allows them to accompany you on all of your adventures.
